NAOMI BOOKER
Operations Manager, grew up in San Diego and was working toward a teaching degree when she took an administrator position at ERI in 2001. The work was so engaging that she stayed with the company and today, she is responsible for ERI’s banking, an important task involving separate exchange accounts for each client. Even after so many years at ERI, she is still surprised at how much she loves working there: “We all help each other to help the clients. Everyone genuinely cares about them. Whether we’re holding $50,000 or $5 million for them, they’re all equal in our eyes.” She enjoys cooking, music, learning, and spending time with her husband and their son.

CRISTI BARRETT
Assistant Exchange Administrator, joined ERI in 2015. Although she was a newcomer compared to others who had worked together for many years, everyone made her feel immediately welcome. It explained the level of trust she saw from clients and callers, and made it easy to enjoy the satisfaction of helping clients with paperwork and seeing it properly completed, “like putting pieces of a puzzle together,” she says. Cristi is a native of Santee, near San Diego, and loves camping and going to the beach with her husband, two children, and the family beagle.
