Franck started his real estate career in 2005 with Star Real Estate and RE/MAX, learning the ropes and developing relationships with his customers and peers. When the financial crisis of 2008 hit he applied his skills helping establish Innovative Financial Resources, Inc. a short sale negotiation company. Over the years Franck has brokered over a thousand real estate transactions, ranging from resale and new home sales with Brookfield Residential, to the facilitation of 1031 exchanges and selling investment properties including Delaware Statutory Trusts.

His broad background has provided him with a keen understanding of the needs of property owners, investors, and real estate professionals. Franck is especially interested in educating and providing guidance to his customers so they can make informed decisions that best fit their needs.

Before working in real estate, Franck studied hotel and restaurant management in Paris, then immigrated to the United States and opened his own restaurant in Huntington Beach, California. He now likes to help others make their investment dreams come true! In his spare time, Franck enjoys good food (all kinds!), hiking rugged terrains, and the company of his wife and daughter when traveling to his native France.
