MONIQUE WILSON KAISER
Senior Exchange Administrator
Monique grew up in Southern California and began working in the title escrow industry in 1989, switching to 1031 Exchanges in 1996. At ERI, where she has worked since its inception, she now deals mostly with commercial transactions, assisting clients in finding ways to use exchanges to their best advantage. A self-described “people person”, Monique especially enjoys helping people prepare the way for a successful and happy retirement and developing friendships with her colleagues and clients. In her spare time, she loves spending time with their grandkids and golfing with her husband.

NAOMI BOOKER-ABAWAG
Operations Manager
Naomi grew up in San Diego and was working toward a teaching degree when she took an administrator position at ERI in 2001. The work was so engaging that she stayed with the company and today, she is responsible for ERI’s banking, an important task involving separate exchange accounts for each client. Even after so many years at ERI, she is still surprised at how much she loves working there: “We all help each other to help the clients. Everyone genuinely cares about them. Whether we’re holding $50,000 or $5 million for them, they’re all equal in our eyes.” She enjoys cooking, music, learning, and spending time with her husband and their son.

CRISTI BARRETT
Exchange Administrator
Cristi joined ERI in 2015. Although she was a newcomer compared to others who had worked together for many years, everyone made her feel immediately welcome. It explained the level of trust she saw from clients and callers, and made it easy to enjoy the satisfaction of helping clients with paperwork and seeing it properly completed, “like putting pieces of a puzzle together,” she says. Cristi is a native of Santee, near San Diego, and loves camping and going to the beach with her husband, two children, and the family beagle.

LINDIE ALVIDREZ
Exchange Administrator
Lindie grew up in Montana, moved to Orange County in 2009 and joined the ranks of ERI in 2016. She is grateful for the opportunity to work directly with clients, helping them to reach their investment goals by assisting with the unique challenges of their 1031 exchanges. She appreciates that ERI truly cares about clients and values representing a company with such integrity. In her spare time she enjoys being with family, cooking and spending time outdoors with her son and husband.

TRACY LABOMBARD
Exchange Administrator
Tracy likes that at ERI, she plays a role in helping people hold on to their hard-earned money: “I’m very pro-business, and this is living my ethic,” she says. Originally from Modesto and a resident of San Diego since 1997, she joined ERI in 2015. The level of cheerful, industrious team ambience there surprised her: “It’s a rare thing to find in any company,” she explains. “I think it’s indicative of the respect we have for each other and for the clients.” Outside of ERI, Tracy likes photography and traveling with her husband.

CAROLINA CLAVEL
Assistant Exchange Administrator
Carolina was born and raised in San Diego and began working for ERI in 2015. Previously she worked in fields that assisted in developing her excellent customer service skills. She has studied business and enjoys the distinct nuances found in each exchange. She enjoys working at ERI and especially assisting clients, real estate agents, and escrow officers work smoothly through their 1031 Exchanges transactions. In her spare time, she enjoys going out with friends and family.

DIANA TURK
Assistant Exchange Administrator
Diana is a Southern California native who joined ERI in 2015. She comes from a background in the resort/hospitality industry. Her experience and knowledge in providing exceptional guest service has easily translated to ERI, as she strives to provide information and guidance to clients and real estate professionals through the 1031 Exchange process. She loves that she learns something new each day and can rely on the expert advice given by all administrators.
Diana feels honored for being part of such a welcoming, supportive and cohesive team that she prefers to call family. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, anything by the ocean, hiking with her dog, Emma and spending time with her three children and granddaughter.

DANA DRURY
Assistant Exchange Administrator
Dana was born and raised in San Diego, California. She attended the University of California Santa Barbara with a major in Sociology and minor in Communication. She enjoys spending time with her family, karaoke, California burritos and playing the spoons. Dana strives to make her put a smile on her clients faces while giving excellent service. She is thrilled to be a part of the Exchange Resources family.

MICHAEL SPRING
Assistant Exchange Administrator
Michael is a San Diego native with a degree in history. Michael joined ERI in 2018 after working in the information technology field for five years. He enjoys working with clients and other related parties throughout the Exchange process. Michael strives to provide exceptional customer service for every customer. Outside of work, he loves spending time with family, traveling, and staying up to date on current events.

MICHELLE BARNHART
Assistant Exchange Administrator
Michelle is a Southern California native who joined ERI in 2016. Although she has worked in fields related to real estate in the past, working with 1031 exchanges has provided a unique education. She appreciates learning about the different aspects of exchanges and likes helping clients narrow down and navigate the best route to a successful exchange. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time her husband, family, and friends.

DANIELA NAPIER
Assistant Exchange Administrator
Daniela joined ERI in 2017, was born and raised in Orange County, California. With nearly 10 years of experience in customer service, it was a smooth transition into a company that places such high importance on providing stellar service and support to each and every client. She truly appreciates working with such an exceptional team every day, and the ever-present opportunities her job presents to continue to grow and learn something new. Daniela enjoys lending a helping hand in a variety of areas wherever it may be needed around the office, whether in the Delayed Exchange department or with the more complex Reverse and Build to Suit Exchanges. The experience and expertise of the administrators is amazing and has proved to be an invaluable resource to draw on for support and to expand her knowledge.
Daniela is an art and music lover, foodie, and hiking/camping enthusiast. She loves traveling with her husband and spending time with close friends and family.”

TAYLOR PENNINGTON
Assistant Exchange Administrator
Taylor joined ERI in 2018. Born and raised in Southern California, she has worked in various areas of the real estate industry since 2003. She is a people-person and loves that ERI gives her the opportunity to interact with clients, and enjoys helping them understand the 1031 process. Her main goal is working through any challenges that come up and making it an overall enjoyable experience for the client. In her free time, she enjoys music, the outdoors, photography, and spending quality time with her 3 kids and dog.
CHRISTINE VAZQUEZ

Christine grew up in New York and Las Vegas. She graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Business. She joined ERI in 2019 coming from a background in finance and hospitality. She feels it is a privilege to work for such a remarkable company with a positive team. Christine truly enjoys helping clients navigate through the exchange process, whether it be a delayed or the more complicated Reverse or Build-to-Suit exchanges. When she is not working she loves to spend time with her husband and two children relaxing, camping and cooking.

Operations Assistant
Precious grew up in San Diego and Orange County. She joined ERI in 2014 after working for a short sale company in Orange County. She has transitioned from Assistant Exchange Administrator to Operations Assistant. As Operations Assistant, she supports our team by ensuring the safety and security of clients transactions. Having worked in a variety of different capacities at ERI her versatility is a great asset. She enjoys cooking and traveling
KAYLA BODNAR
Front Desk Reception
Kayla is currently a communications major with a specialization in marketing at Colorado State University’s Global Campus. She has worked in customer service since 2005 and enjoys putting the skills she’s obtained through this experience, alongside those gained through coursework, into practice at ERI. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gaming, and hiking with her dog.
